Purpose 

SKS Consulting Group (“SKS”) partners with employer organizations to provide talent assessment and leadership development services. To conduct its services, SKS collects certain personal information and data. Information is collected through the assessment request, assessment administration, and customer survey process. Personal information and data are used to prepare assessment results and respond to client requests. Data may be further processed to support continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the SKS assessment process and allow SKS to better serve our client organization’s present and future talent strategies.

Privacy & Confidentiality

As a general rule, SKS does not disclose personal information other than work relevant experience supplied to the client organization. All raw data obtained will be stored by SKS and will not be provided to a client organization or any entity outside SKS. SKS will retain the right to process the data in aggregate form for academic research and organizational improvement purposes.

SKS maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction. Per the SKS Information Security Policy, data is retained electronically in perpetuity.

SKS adheres rigorously to the American Psychological Association (APA) code of ethics with respect to privacy and confidentiality, and we participate in regular audits to ensure alignment with national and international best practices concerning data transmission, encryption, use, and storage. We understand we have a primary obligation and take reasonable precautions to protect confidential information obtained through or stored in any medium, recognizing the extent and limits of confidentiality may be regulated by law.
